Its really a wonderful hostel and have all the excited venues nearby and its staff and cleanliness is really good. Just a one thing I felt bad which was some noise of walking and talking loudly and I was living in the basement so it was hard to sleep anyway's rest was perfect.

Everyone was so friendly and fun!! I had a great time at this hostel. They are helpful and sweet. The rooms are nice and comfortable and it was one of the best hostels I've stayed in. All the sites are in walking distance. I would recommend this place to my friends if you really want it to feel like home!!

Great location, nice staff, clean rooms, great WIFI. Perfect place if you're travelling alone and want some social activity. Breakfast gets a little bit boring after couple days - there isn't any varioty and it's kind of light.. Mainly white bread and tea, one boiled egg is the only thing with protein. The kitchen is at the lobby &the same one with staff and common room is =a lobby. They have rooftop parties (staff&guests), so if you're not into that this time, bring earplugs :)

We loved our stay there! Mehmo and Jon were the most amazing hosts and helped us organise our entire trip around Turkey! Will see you in the new year!

Incredibly friendly staff who not only help you but went out of their way to get to know us too. Great place, would stay here again. Turkish breakfast, although surprising at first, was fantastic and we looked forward to to it every morning.

Exceptional hostel in great area. Have already booked to stay again. Very friendly staff and excellent rooms. We stayed in the suites building just down the road (their second building) and cant rate it highly enough.

Great location, clean, breakfast included, all day restaurant, airport pick up, helpful staff. Only downside, the bed was very uncomfortable, we could feel the springs. We had a private room with double bed, it was small but there are other privates with more space There is no kitchen to make your own food and the only area to hang out was the dining room or roof top (weather permitting) . This worked for us but if you are staying long term it might be lacking.

They had an overbooking and so my reservation was a little messed up and I had to switch rooms a few times, BUT, they were very quick to do everything they could to make things right. The staff was AWESOME! The location cannot be beaten! SecondHome is so close to everything and overall I was really happy with my stay there. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Staff were wonderful, can't say enough good things about them. I had a seamless transition from flight to airport pick up to hostel which was wonderful after a 24 hour flight!

The staff at Second Home was fantastic. I showed up in Istanbul with hardly any idea of what I was going to do there, but the staff was so eager to help that I ended up with a packed and exciting weekend. Not only did they have helpful suggestions, but they also made reservations for me, made my breakfast early when I had to catch an AM flight, and were great companions too. My favorite hostel to date.

I can not deny that it was the best hostel i lived in turkey. However, the stuff helped us booked the paragliding in Fethiye in much higher price. The receptor charge us for 160 TL per person and when we called to the company, they charge us only 100 TL. I am not mean the receptor was malicious for that cause the paragliding was not in local area. But check the price when book the activities. We also paid extra fee to rent a bus to go back to hotel which is unnecessary cause we booked outland.

Great staff, really characteristic. The only really big downfall was security of belongings, there was no where to put everything, you could only put the really expensive items in a small lockable draw, but apart from that, nothing for your bags. Other than that, the breakfast was great and you will have no problem getting anywhere from this point.

This is such a nice place to stay. The staff were fantastic, so helpful, and very friendly. They will go out of their way to help. I was travelling alone so found this a good place to meet people. They do good cheap dinners and the location is very central to the major attractions. I'd highly recommend staying here, especially if you are travelling on your own. I felt very safe and the people are lovely.

Second Home Hostel is the best hostel I've ever stayed at! The rooms are hotel-quality, very comfortable and clean. The hostel itself is in a prime location in Sultanahmet. But the absolute best part of the hostel is the staff, who are incredibly kind, hospitable, and fun! Each night there was a delicious home made dinner available and entertainment afterwards, which was a great way to make friends. If it weren't for Second Home, my first trip to Istanbul wouldn't have been nearly as memorable!!
