Seeds Hostel in Aso is located inside the Aso-Kuju National Park in Kumamoto Prefecture and at the foot of Mount Aso (Aso-san), the largest active volcano in Japan and one of the world's most active volcanoes.
Seeds Hostel in Aso is equipped with two types of dormitory rooms, one for mixed and another for female-only. Both rooms have 5 beds (futon bedding). Shared kitchen and shower, Free coffee and tea are available.
One night stay is ¥2,500. If you bring your own sleeping materials the charge for one night is discounted to ¥2,000.
We have a washing machine you may use, the charge for one use is ¥200. We don't have a dryer, but you can hang your clothes to dry. We have face towels for purchase for ¥200.
Of course, the hostel has wireless Internet for guests. You will need to provide a valid form of identification (i.e. Passport) at check-in for each person who will stay.

This was a wonderful place. A bit hard to find though, don\'t trust the GPS. The directions they posted are good though. Seemed really sketchy driving there at night, but once we arrived we were super happy to find this wonderful place, nice kitchen, nice clean comfy rooms, awesome slippers, maps, and the owner is really nice too!
