All in all, it's a pretty nice hotel. We had comfortable nice rooms, the place was clean and the food was reasonabe. BUT: 1. The staff was overly nice and talkative, which was a bit too much sometimes 2. They charge in JD and not the USD listed prices in the site. Watch how much they end up charging you, because they did not disclose a clear explanation of how they exchange rate and we found that they made an big error... They gave us the money back, but watch how much they charge you!

The hotel is clean and the rooms spacious. nice to have wifi in the room. Aso other facilities were nice like a hairdryer in the bathroom, water kettle in the room, TV. The hotel could improve on character. We felt it was a bit formal. Hot shower was turned off late evening without informing us.

Very good value for money in a 3-star hotel. Clean and tidy plus very nice staff. Just an easy walk (20 minutes down the hill) to Petra visitors' centre. There is a Turkish bath in the hotel which is also a good experience.

We just stayed for a night in this hotel, but we loved this hotel. The hotels were so comfortable and the hotel is very clean. Service here was excellent and the breakfast offered was very good. Great experience and I will stay in this hotel again next time I'm in petra.

A great Hotel. The staff very friendly and will go out of thier way to accommadate your needs. The rooms are great. Resturant although not a large selection of meals, the meals offered was great. I highly recommend this hotel. It has a modern feel to it and VERY clean. The Wi-Fi in the rooms was great and included in the cost. For the price you can not go wrong.
