I have reserved 3 nights, but when I arrived I wanted to cansel the last night. The staff refused it, and was very arrogant,so I had to pay for all three nights. This is a great hotel, I was surprized I found such a clean and neat place, with spacious rooms, on the hostelworld.com, cause this is indeed a high 3 star hotel... usually I expected hostels, and that's what I got, but this, for the price, is way above all expectations! Would recomend it to everyone!!
