Nice castle and very calm and natureful area, far from any major center of activity, unlimited buffets are excellent in quantity, POOR in QUALITY though, disgusting juices and hot chocolate, unhappy staff not too keen on service, don't count the variety of facilities : jacuzzi is ridiculously ugly and tiny, sauna is obsolete, gym is always closed...the place is not very taken care of in general. GOOD FOR THE PRICE, BUT AWFUL 4-STARS ever.

A recommendation for the staff in the reception: you should be a bit friendly. You seem to me desperate for the money. This is very impolite.

especially, staffs are very rude, unkind, and terrible.when I visited there I had a problem about my room but they didn't try to solve the problem, just said it was my fault. But it was not my fault. they shouted me and acted very rude. I don't want to go there again. horrible hotel...
