Semawang Beach Hotel Reviews

Sanur is the first place I stayed after arriving in Bali. Due to Nyepi, which was unexpected, I had to extend my stay at the hotel. However, the staff were very nice and offers assistance with pretty much everything throughout the day. The place has a good rooftop pool which is very convenient esp if you happen to be there at Nyepi Day. The room itself was clean and they do room service everyday, so expect to come back to a tidy room.

We had a lovely time staying here, the staff are wonderful and so friendly. Its in a great location only minutes from the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here

The room itself was ok, nice bed and stuff. It was clean and comftable. The bathroom was... ok. You could use it. The breakfast was ok, but not the best. The way to the nice beach was very short as well as the way to the city. A very good location.

This hotel is pretty good value for your money. However, the older gentleman at the front desk is a bit of a shovinist. He would not address me, only my boyfriend. Even when I paid with my own credit card, he handed him the forms and wouldn't even say hi to me. This behavior continued throughout our stay. Other than that, the rest of the staff is lovely. The bathroom is like something out of the movie Saw. Close to the beach, but not a swimmable part. Good for backpackers

Really great location to the beach, cab driver had a very hard time finding it, so google map it before you go. Room was dark with only one lamp and one outlet. Bathroom really sketchy. Great rooftop pool. Cold beer and water available at reception. Cheap airport transfer at 430 am which a lot of hotels wouldn't do! Staff was very friendly and helpful. We booked an air con room but was unavailable when we arrived due to 20+ Canadian college kids that were very overwhelming.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Room was really nice for the price, staff very friendly and helpful. And you even get a breakfast for the price - the local breakfast (rice) was really good and they fill up your coffeecup as many times as you like! The balinese coffee is reeeeally nice... They clean the rooms every day!

nice place, close to the beach and restaurants and bars, wifi was working well, bathrooms are kind of old but clean, friendly staf.. they let me cook some stuff there because it was christmas, so very helpful staff and great breakfast

Good clean honest value for money, doors shut, toilets flushed all good for affordable accommodation.

The staff was very friendly. We appreciated not being woken up early by cleaning staff, they were very respectful and waited for us to leave the room. The room was basic, but the AC was not the best, took hours to truly cool the room down. The shower setting was not very pleasant. The water got warm, but the setting sprayed the water all over the bathroom. I enjoyed meeting the owner and thought that they were very helpful. I also really liked the pool!
