This is the worst hostel I have stayed in the past 3 months travelling in Europe. First, there were bed bugs. 2nd, staff barely and unwillingly spoke any english. When I asked for what to see, she just talked briefly in spanish, and yet gave wrong directions. Their shower had a large curtainless window facing the corridor. Everyone walking pass the corridor can see clearly everything. No kitchen, just a fridge and a microwave but no folks or plates, not even a glass for water. Terrible!

The room was good and clean, the only problem was the light which was very poor. There was a problem with the light bulb, and nobody was in the reception, but even like that it was ok

Nothing to do. Beds very close to eachother, cramped in a room. Bathroom/toilet door not possible to close. 2 small towels, 1 mini shampoo, 1 mini soap for 8 beds. No internet, no breakfast, no drinks for sale, no coffee/tea, very negative employee (who refused to speak any but spanish). Yes, location is very good and the roof terrace is a second plus

the staff are not helpful at all. the 1st room we stayed at was nice- decked out with ikea! The other 2 nights we stayed in a room 1 euro less but very basic and not that nice! the door was a struggle to open and close every day. the room wasnt ready on time. The receptionist kept changing her mind first -it was ready at 11 then 12 then 1300. Dont have breakfast in the other sister hostel. It was - snacker bread and tea/coffee with curdled milk. Stay if u are in the nicer rooms

It seemed like the staff went out of there way to be rude (when they were even at the front desk). Rooms were way too packed and the shower in the bathroom didn't work properly. Although when you're in Cordoba you don't have much of a choice!

Clean, secure, good location (neatly placed in the city center, close to \"shopping streets\" and to the \"historical center\"). Computers don\'t work but there is an internet café in the city (Calle Claudio Marcello) with somewhat working computers. I\'ve never received the breakfast (I was leaving twice too early to get it - e.g. it starts at 7:30, but don\'t expect anything prepared even at 8 - it\'s Spain after all :-) ).

The hostel has a character but be aware that taxes are not included in the price you get on hostelworld.com website. Also the staff is not there during siesta time and during night. I recomend to arrive there between 8.30 - 1pm or at 6pm. Staff is helpful in case there is someone there. Also there is no internet in the hostel and no internet cafe in cordoba. In case something goes wrong or something brakes there is a phone number you can call but fortunately I did not have to try.

i arrived at 2 p.m. and was asking (at 3 p.m. and in spanish) for a kitchen - "what for?" - "to cook?" - "how to cook? it's closed until 6". reception staff was really unfriendly and three hours siesta with a closed communnity area are nothing good. visitors can cook in the other branch of s&c, but they close during siesta, too. the two pcs were out of order so nobody could use them.

They charged me 33 Euros per night and not the expected amount of 29,70. They said that the price was without the taxes but I doubt it! I didn't argue but now that I think of it, they kinda cheated me...
