Great location if you would like to stay within walking distance to the Orangutang Sanctuary, Sun Bear Centre and Rainforest Discovery Centre. Staff are also very helpful and friendly. We stayed in a private room with ensuite in the longhouse (rather than the more expensive cabins) and felt that it was still quite expensive for what was offered. The bonus is that you get a buffet breakfast complete with cereal, toast, fruit, coffee/tea and eggs of your choice.

In a good location within walking distance of the orangutan centre. On site restaurant is a bit pricey but it dishes up good sized portions and the breakfasts are good. The staff were helpful and happy to advise on and arrange onward travel

This is a refreshing break coming from either KK or sandakan. Instantly relaxed as soon as you're there because of the beautiful surroundings. Atmosphere was lovely and the staff couldn't be nicer. Also the food was so good. 5 minute walk from the orangutan sanctuary. Would go back in a heart beat.

Very beautiful small resort. The place was very clean and staff nice. Food in the restaurant was good. And location is excellent in an easy walking distance from the orangutan park. Some weaknesses there was too: Internet connection was down most of the time, only very few electricity plugs available and many of them not working, and swimming pool was dirty. These should anyway be easy to fix.

Actually a B+B inside a jungle resort. Walking distance (5-10 mins) to the Orangutan rehabilition center aswell as the Sun Bear Rehab center which is directly across the road from the Orangutans center, both easily doable in a day. Short ride also to see proboscis monkey sactuary too at Labuk Bay ...highly recommend this on a second day and head to platform B to also see the Grey Langhur monkeys too during feeding times...wont regret it, amazing memories!
