Good value for money. They add a commission of about 3 euro per day when you arrive to the B&B, However, it is supposed to be a normal hotel/hostel staying fee in Rome. I will recommend it.

It is a nice place and the owners are really opened to talk and helpful. Very near San Giovani and Terme di Caracalla, and a beautiful walk from the Colloseum. It takes about 20 minutes on foot from the Colloseum, but if you are not the walking type you could take a 5 minute metro or a bus that stops right in front of the place. Nice area, with restaurant on the corner (pizza to take is 5 euros, so why not try all types :) and lovely coffee shops with great croissants.
