Even though the new manager neglected to leave the key for us when we arrived late, some of the other staff were still awake and did a good job of confirming our story and getting us into our rooms (would've been horrible to be stranded at 11:30 pm). Even let us play cards with them as they stayed up into the night. Had a great time!

Friendly and helpful staff, hot choc at night, not too far from town. Good spot in Picton

Good hostel, the free pudding in the evening and the free breakfast in the morning were really good. Great spot to stop at before or after the ferry.

Really liked this place, the staff were tops + the pudding is awesome. It's a couple more minutes from town then some of the other places but because the town is pretty small it's not really bothersome - worth the walk in my opinion.

Great breakfast with the chocolate pudding. Plenty of blankets to keep warm at night. Very helpful with rides to and from the ferry (close enough to walk, but it rained). Would definitely stay again.

Excellent place to stay. Free lifts to and from Ferry terminal and they'd put the heater on all ready for me. So a warm welcome indeed. Great feel to the place :)
