The guy on reception doesn't speak good english (or just doesn't care) when we asked a question we would get a one word answer. When we arrived we were not informed the kitchen was under construction, therefore the next morning we were woken by the sound of drilling at 8am. We were also not told that there would be no breakfast because of the construction. Only one of the showers on our floor worked and the a/c in our room didn't always work. Seems to be a place for long stay not backpackers
The guy in reception was so helpful with info on where to go and what to do in Malaysia. We followed his instructions and we had a great time thanks to his advice. If if hadn't bee for him we wouldn't have been so organised.

Very great place to live, walking distance to the petaling street and few core view sites. 3 minutes away from the subway station. Mr Li, the boss of the hostel is really hospitable. He told me how to give KL a travel, how to take the GO KL free bus. Where to buy things and lots of useful tour information. I was supposed to book a dorm or something there, because I guess the atmosphere would be much better in the dorm.
