The staff are superb and know a lot about KL. We made some good friends there and kept in touch with them. The showers are good and there are plenty of them on the other floors. But there were little problems here and there, the staff didn't seem to be able to cope with an questions that weren't in thier rule book, the walls are so thin in the rooms that we could hear the guy snoring in the room next to us. You can get a hostel in a slightly better area for the same price.

Excellent location and friendly staff! Yet the wall is a little bit too thin....

When I checked out in a rush, I couldn\'t find the staff there so I lost 20 Rm deposit.

Really clean and in a good spot. Would highly recommend. The only downpoint is that the communal area is on the top floor and isn't used that much. Might just be the time of year I am here though

I really enjoyed my stay in Serai Inn. Plan to stay for two days but extended for another five days. This is truly, home away from home.

People working there are just excellent. Rooms are small, but clean and A/C set up. CCTV and double gate makes you also feel safe and not worried \'bout stuff. Short distance to Puduraya bus station and right next to China Town, and Jamek Masjid station makes its localisation very convienient. Internet might be included though.
