I think it needs to be made clear upon booking that standard rooms have no windows & the shower is a spout in the corner of the bathroom...no curtain.

I had a nice stay at Serene Resort, chose the location as wanted to kick back and relax from traveling which is exactly what i got. Didn't spend too much time at the resort as wasn't much to do, its real quiet which is nice if you like that. The pools are great for a swim, rather than the busy beach. Close to beaches. Staff were friendly, rooms were nice and clean. Overall a good stay.

This is a nice resort and a couple of minutes stroll from the beach, good value for money. Enjoyed our stay.

this is a great place to stay, it was well bey0ond what we expected and the pool is really nice, it's just a 2 min walk from the town and the beach. The staff are great here, we ran into a bit of bother with the tour company that we booked to go to phi phi island and the head reptionist sorted it out for us. we had a great time there
