The hostel is in upstairs not easy if u carry big luggage.anyway..the location is quite good it's easy to reach, the front man was a nice and very helpull man but the lady was kind of an arrogant and never smile I don't like to see her face. The bathroom is ok and clean. The room is also good, clean and neat. Everything looks fine anyway and it's worthy with the money u spent for it. I hope to see and stay at serenity hostels soon but without that lady

Nice place to relax and meet fellow travelers. Located in the middle of the pub district, close to food vendors and also had easy access to airport buses. Enjoyed my stay.

Staff is very friendly and helpfull! When you have a room on the streetside you might need earplugs during the weekend but a better solution is to go downstairs to grab a drink or have one on the rooftop with a bunch of other happy campers! Showers/toilet and kitchen were clean and it's nice to be able to watch a movie after a day of sightseeing. Would definitely stay here again!!

Nice hostel in a busy area of the city. It's above a pub so you get some noise if you're in the dorm but not an issue. The guys who run the hostel are very friendly, the WI-FI works great, it's very clean and secure and it's only a few drunken stumbles from the nightlife.

Please add more toilets and one bed should be provided with one power electricity (so the guest can charge our mobile or electronic near the bed).

Serenity Hostel, It was quite difficult to find the hostel from Bukit Bintang monorail station. We reached in 10minutes walking. The hostel is on third level of the Bar. Fortunately, the hostel is so calm and tidy. We could sleep well although the surroundings were so noisy at the night. The staffs were so helpful. -DragonWinter, Indonesia-

It was a very good experience. One of the best hostels I've stayed in. The breakfast was nice, the ambience was very good too. Met a couple of very nice people in the sitting area. They hv a nice cushy area to laze around and watch movies too. The roof top showers were awesome.

This is the worst hostel I have stayed. Only 1 bathroom and basin for each floor. I and a friend of mine stayed at 2nd floor in the female dormitory. The door is spoiled. The shower head is faulty too. Most important, the floors whether inside the room or outside, are very dirty. Don't know why shoes are not allowed inside the hostel when they don't even bother to clean up. Before you can wear your shoes, your feet becomes dirty again. The hygiene there is really terrible plus horrible.

You get what you pay for: simple and cheap. I do wish there were some female staff as it's uncomfortable that there are only older males as staff. The tions are always freezing so bring something to cover up! Also, the bathrooms are not so great and the overall energy in the hostel is low. Great if you want quite and peace, but, strangely enough, also a great place to meet other backpackers.
