I wouldn't recommend this hostel. Why? Because it's noisy as hell, all the bars are just down the hostel and the music lasts until 4am, it was impossible to sleep. And then, the staff. I saw them asking people to move from one room to the other just because they had group reservations and wanted to be together. People were moving every single night. That's not the way to treat a customer. One night the air conditioning was very cold and I couldn't sleep. The remote control was missing.

Price is good. But they are not including breakfast if you book it on hostelworld. If you want to eat breakfast that 3 pieces of toast, have to pay 5 ringgit more. And you never sit on empty bed. It will charge you fine.

I went there with my girlfriend for a week end. The staff was nice when he welcomed us. Unfortunately, we did not see any staff after they made us check in. The location is perfect to visit the neighborhood and you can rent some bicycle to go a bit further. Other travelers were nice. About the room, it was good even if the shower was not the cleanest I have seen in my life. I am usually ok with bugs around but it is not of the cup of tea for everyone.

This hostel sucks. Don't go there. So many ridiculous rules and everywhere is a camera. It feels you are in a prison. The stuff is inapprehensible unfriendly and rude. You have to pay extra for evereything. Also for a pillow or a blanket. The blanket is just a piece of tissue. Not enough for the very cool temperated rooms. If you want to have a good sleep take an other hostel. The hostel is located in a street full of restaurants and bars. So it is very loud. Often the whole night.

I liked the place. But be prepared to listen to one billion rules when you get there...

Very nice staff, plenty of toilets and showers which is a first (though there weren't many guests), good wifi connection, kept very clean, dorms are a good size, great location near plenty of shops and restaurants from a range of prices. BUT the terrible karoake from the bar below may be too loud for most people. I can sleep through anything but it was even tough for me. And the kitchen isn't much of one - no utensils to use and you have to buy cold water. Defo recommend and would stay again

The Hostel is the worst we've been to, during our travel. The staff is soooo unfriendly it really feels like they are only after your money. We felt very uncomfortable not only because of the thousands of rules also because of the prison character this place has. CCTV everywhere and steel doors. Bathrooms are dirty must everywhere. The location is ok if you want to party all the time. The hostel is located right in a bar street. But that comes with loud music the whole night trough in your room

Booked 11 beds for my friends from Bandung, Indonesia. They loved the place and location is strategic especially for nightlife. Value for money. Thank you Serenity, def will come back again.

This hostel was clean and organized, but the staff were highly rude. If I stay overnight in KL again I'll look to give my money to more respectful people.

Honestly, it's a clean place, except that they had bedbugs so they moved me. They are Nazis about shoes inside and there's cameras EVERYWHERE. The atmosphere is nonexistent and because they're is no windows it feels like a jail. Other than that, it's a okay place.

The staff was very helpful and kind. Rooftop showers are awesome, place is clean, has high speed free wifi. nice communal area to watch movies in or just hang out to meet other travelers. Right on the party street, so you don't have to go far if you are bored. Had a great stay. Ended up extending my trip.

Worst staff ever. Felt like we were in a prison how strict they were with is with all the rules. You couldnt even go into someone elses room to talk it had to be out in the lobby or pantry. Cameras watchin our every move. I was uncomfortable the whole time. The owners were constantly just bursting into our room for no reason without knocking. Stay away!!!!
