The staff was very helpful. They provided information about the city, transportation, and gave us maps. We could use a kit, a refrigerator, a toster, and a microwave in the kitchen. Bedclothers were changed each three days, and towels were changed even more often. Thanks a lot for a good holiday in Rome!

very much enjoyed three nights at the Sergio House, the location is excellent around 2 minutes walk from the Termini station, the attractions of Rome are not to far away either perhaps 15 minutes walk to the Colosseum. nice facilities, secure and comfortable. the only criticism was the breakfast which i felt was not of the best quality but in fairness the Sergio House was very good value for money so cannot expect everything to be perfect.

The bedroom and bathroom were not very clean and the bathroom window was broken and it was very cold. There was no sign indicating that there was a hostel. It was not very safe. The room is extremely small and it was difficult to walk. The location is very good, near the Train Station.

The only thing I can say is that this place was located very close to the main train station and close to the centre, so really that couldn't be any better. The staff was somehow rushed, took 1 minute to draw circles on a map of where to go and the guy wanted to leave quickly. The room was not very clean.

Everything was very satisfactory and we had a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean, spacious for the price and we thoroughly enjoyed having a tea kitchen nearby. In 10 minutes walking distance from the Colosseo, and 2 minutes from Termini you couldn't have asked for a better location. We most certainly recommend going there - especially in the off-season, where the prices are reduced and you only spend 5 minutes queing up for entrance to must see attractions.

The hostel is fine, but the neighborhood is not that good. There are beggars in every corner, that annoyed us a bit.

Great hostel with prime location. Other guests were a tad noisy, but the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. Not a party hostel, but a great place if you want clean, overall quiet, and close location to Termini. Would come back anytime!

Overall a great guesthouse that was only a 5-10 minute walk from Rome Termini station. However, we felt a bit uncomfortable in the area. There were many creepy looking people roaming the street outside, which was rather unpleasant. However, the room and shower were clean. Breakfast was good and you got a good value for your money.
