The place is really good, very close to Termini station, and also very easy to go to any other monuments from the hostel. The toilet is always clean and clear. The room we lived has a window, which gave us a good view to look out. If someone talks out loud next door, you can hear that. But the air conditioner let me sleep very well, so it didn't bother me too much. Overall, I would love to go to Sergio House again if I go back to Roma oneday.

Extremely spacious room!! Lift was tiny but fits 2 ppl with luggages. Staff gave map and very detailed information about getting to attractions.
Booked a double bed ensuite and were given a tiny room with bunk beds and a private exterior bathroom, and told to come down the next morning to change. At 10am someone came and told us we had to change rooms immediately, so we had to carry our bags down the street to our new room, which was lovely and large with a double bed, but an exterior private bathroom. Only a microwave and kettle available, and the "laundry facilities" are a shop across the road which charged me 11€ for one wash and dry.
This Hotel is very good. You can't have problem with it. Very near the Termini where all the public transport are. Breakfast was not very good for your health (Donut) but it was good. Sergio is funny and the hotel is very secure.
Perfect for our overnight stop before getting a flight back to UK: near to Termini which was perfect location to get transport to the airport the next morning. Place was clean, organised and good value for money.

We had an excellent stay at Sergio House! The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was quiet (impressive, given the location two blocks from Roma Termini!), the location was very secure (you had to pass through a gated courtyard to enter the hotel, and there were keys for the main door, each floor sub-section, and the room itself), and the room and bathroom were very clean (one note - they appear to use a vinegar solution for cleaning the towels based on the smell!). Thanks!
This was my second time staying here and I would highly recommend it for a place in Rome. It is close to Termini, the central location for the metro. It is close to a lot of restaurants and the coliseum. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are cleaned daily. The building is very secure with four keys required to get into your room. The breakfast is light, but unlimited so you can fill up.
