My stay at seven hostel was comfortable. The rooms were clean, there was a nice bar and dinner that you could pay for, a nice common area and roof top seats. The location was a 15 minute walk to the train station where trains come to take you into sorrento every 45 minutes. Or you could walk to sorrento, a 40 minute walk. The location wasn't horrible, but the prices were high for it's subpar location. The included breakfast was always stocked, but it wasn't good- just breads. Prices too high.
Beautifully presented. Great food in evening. Clean rooms. Clean bathrooms. Amazing sun terrace. 10mins to train station. 30mins walk to Sorrento. Free public beach/swimming nearby! Close to supermarket. Great place to meet people. Only quip is some of the staff. Manager (I think - guy with man bun) was lovely, always smiling and helpful. Female receptionist, useless/unfriendly/rude. Male with glasses told us wrong info about bus to Napoli airport and was unfriendly. Would 100% go back though!
Location isn't great as most transport options into Amalfi begin from Sorrento - a 30min walk or 10min walk/5min train away - It wasn't uncommon to wait 30mins for train! The hostel itself is great though. Rooms are big, clean and set out in a thoughtful way - big lockers within reach of bed. The layout also gives you some privacy, even in a 10bed dorm! The rooftop is great at sunset and their pastas are delicious/well priced. Staff are functional but not will not go out of way for area advice!
The building itself has great large rooms and the rooftop deck has a great view. But it'slacking atmosphere. If you get a top bunk using the lockers becomes very difficult. As the locker is at the same height. Staff at the front desk can be very dismissive. There are no organised activities like pub crawls which would be useful as the hostel is a 20 min walk out of Sorrento and it's difficult to know where to go. It's also good to note that the doors on the showers are partially see-through..
very good hostel clean realaxing amazing terrace good location for exploring the amalfi coast very cheap reastraunt round the corner amazing sunsets from the roof big dorms breakfast included nothing really bad to say about the place.
Absolutely loved this hostel, was difficult to tell I was staying at one and not a hotel! Layout of the rooms are excellent, staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming! Met some really great people and the general atmosphere was really good. If I ever return to Sorrento, I will 100% be staying here again.

Good location, nice big rooms. Big lockers for backpacks which was really handy! If you needed to do washing it was a bit expensive which was our only downside but other than that, pretty good.
Perfect hostel, nice bar and dance floor area. Couldn't ask for more
The hostel was in San Agnelo, a fairly dead end part of town with very very few bars or restaurants. Not a whole lot to do there. Sorrento is a train ride away - although the train is only 5 minutes long, we found ourselves waiting usually around half an hour for each train into sorrento. Sorrento itself was a massive let down - the town was run down, the beaches "closed" because they were full by 10.30 (they still let locals on in front of us). Save your money and go Amalfi/Atrani/Ravello
The staff was unhelpful and rude! They gave me unaccurate information twice. They are not supposed to be tour guides, but they should at least be able to answer some questions. The girl's bathrooms are disgusting! The showers don't drain and the floor in constantly wet and dirty.
The rooms were quite clean, tidy and comfortable but the staff at reception were quite rude. Especially the girl with the glasses she had a real attitude problem! The wifi sucked! It was slow and barely working for 4 days.. And where you eat breakfast in the main outdoor part it absolutely stunk like sewer! It was gross! Also the male showers were a wierd set up! Location was a bit of a mission to get into the town centre aswell. Rooftop terrace had a cool view though.
I thought it was in Sorrento, but actually it was San't Angleo(one stop before Sorrento). However, hostel was very clean, the breakfast wasn't perfect but still good. Since most of the accomodation in Sorrento was expensive, 7 hostel was overall good hostel.
The showers are nearly see through, so be careful! Overall pretty nice. AC in the rooms. Enough storage to put your things. About a 40 min walk from Sorrento. The roof is really nice! Overall good experience.
Location is not very good, no restaurants very close and a fair walk to anywhere. Reception staff weren't able to give us much advice on tours etc. Everyone was friendly though and it was clean.
Air conditioning is a plus. Very safe and clean close to train station. Staff is nice and food menu is great. Common area is very nice
Due to transport issues, we arrived very late/early in the morning and were concerned about how we would be received. However, Fernando was amazing and was so lovely to us upon our difficult arrival, best welcome I've ever received at a hostel and his customer service should be highly regarded. Rooms were lovely and spacious with cute names instead of numbers, included breakfast was decent and rooftop view was gorgeous. Just keep in mind it's not quite in Sorrento.
I was very impressed! Rooms were clean and spacious, most staff were very friendly and tried to help out where they could. Location was fine and close enough to the station to get anywhere. Great roof top area and bar, would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great little hostel with very friendly staff. The key to this place is both it's location (Sant Angelo, not Sorrento - which is better!!) and it's roof top terrace where I watched storms passing and the sun setting with a cold beer looking over the ocean and lightening crack over Vesuvius. Gorgeous town and beach and area. This is a hostel, not a hostel that could pass for a hotel, therefore there was a slight party atmosphere, but it is big enough to either join in or go and do your own thing.
