Really friendly staff, very knowledgable and willing to help out at every opportunity. A good location about 20 minutes walk to the market, and 5 minutes to the main nightlife. A great little place to stay!

It is a 3 storey building in one of the central street of Chang Mai, reaching the night market requires a 30min walk. Theme rooms (we stayed in \"Bling-Bling\" and \"Hello-Kitty\" rooms) look as an attempt to veil an otherwise mean ambient. Personnel not so friendly as a normally is in Thailand. Nice, cheap and very clean place to stay in Chiang Mai. I would recommend for anyone on a budget as small as mine :)
