This hostel was great! The staff were extremely friendly and quite helpful. Not only did they speak multiple languages, but they also offered many helpful services. In addition to being a warm environment, the hostel also hosted events like flamenco dancing and free dinners. This place works hard to make sure you have everything you need. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Very good place, like all other "District One" hostels: clean, good facilities, great location, friendly and helpful staff, etc. Although atmosphere in this one was slightly boring: no evening activities were organized.

Loved this hostel! Great location, wonderful staff and beautiful city!! The rooms were very clean and had private bathrooms. I had to check out the night before because I was leaving the next morning earlier than the office would be open and Ariel offered to let me switch to a private room to the night (no extra charge) so I could have a good night's rest. Awesome! I would definitely stay here again!

This place is great! We were in a private four-person room and it was just the right size. There were also lockers available but we did not use them. The staff is super helpful & friendly. This place also offers various activities throughout the week and I think they have something every day. It was pretty easy to find and in a safe area. There were a lot of restaurants close by as well. We only stayed one night but I wish we could have stayed another. It was cheap too and definitely worth it!

We stayed here only one night on our trip to Morocco but we would choose this hostel again. Nice hostel, well prepared for the tourists, staff prepared for all questions and information, situted near the city centre, clean, quiet, rooms with private bathrooms and free hugs :)

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful and the atmosphere was great. It's in a really nice location with several cafes nearby. Not too far of a walk from the Cathedral.

The hostel was nice, and the staff at reception were helpful. However, we waited more than three hours for our room to be cleaned. They said the room would be ready by mid-day, but it was closer to 3 pm when we were able to check in. My friend was physically ill after 20 hours of travel and needed to lie down. It was a bad experience. However, the location and overall experience were just fine - I would recommend it. Just assume you won't have a bed until the late afternoon and plan ahead.

Amazing hostel! It has is very clean, has a well equiped kitchen, nice dining area and has a fantastic roof terrace. It's located right in the centre of town, about 10 minutes walk from the cathedral, and 5 minutes walk from plaza alameda. The staff are amazing, Ariel and Meli made my stay very enjoyable. They are both very knowledgable of the city, know all the best places to eat and go out and will take you with them for a few beers to their favourite spots. and Meli is HOT.
