Room was nice, and it was good to have a private bathroom but the shower was very small! The hostel has a very good location, everything ok

BEDBUGS!! I was treated like a criminal. They didn´t have my reservation and made me proof it by demanding me to open my email on their computer. How weird! At first I got a room that smelled like chlorine & lemons which made it hard to breathe. I got another room, but noticed bedbugs when I had to leave at 4 am. They bedcovers are nasty, full of hair...Hostel is not that clean over all. Only 2 good things: location + good wifi connection. They deserve a 0% for cleanliness and staff!

THIS HOSTEL SIMPLY DIDN'T TAKE IN ACCOUNT OUR RESERVATION! WHEN WE GOT THERE THE HOSTEL WAS OVERBOOKED AND WITH NO ROOMS AVAILABLE, SO THEY SIMPLY INDICATED US ANOTHER HOSTEL, WITH WORSE LOCATION, MORE PEOPLE IN THE ROOM AND WITH THE WORST BATHROOM I'VE EVER SEEN IN A HOSTEL.

The rooms and especially the bathrooms were extremely tiny, you couldn't even turn around in the shower. The kitchen could have been cleaned more often and lacks some equippment.

There room we stayed in was very humiliated and mold could be detected everywhere. In addition, there were no windows in our room. Staff spoke good English. Pictures on website don't resemble reality at all. Roof terrace is messy and chair are broken or very dirty.
