Staff was great. What was a little surprising was having to pay extra (not mentioned prior to the booking) for each towel and to turn on the a/c.

Personnell didn't speak english and the rooms were very cold and dirrty! I didn't feel comfortable there. FUrthermore I had the feeling that the beds were not really stable....:/ The location was really good because I had to go to the airport the next morning but otherwise I would have left the hostel immediately....

The hostel was really colorful & clean. That was the first thing that caught my eyes. Really fun colors! The location is great! It's right in the heart of the city center inside of the Jewish Quarter (Barrio de Santa Cruz). It was an easy walking distance to all the main places to visit as well as the nightlife of Triana. Best of all, it's not to far from Discover Sevilla's meeting point & the Plaza de Espana. Perfect hostel!

My friend and I were only staying for the night while passing through Sevilla but we each encountered bugs in our beds. It was a very unsettling experience.

On each floor there were about six or seven rooms with various beds, but only one bathroom to share with the whole floor, plus one toilet without sink. This seems too little to me. In the morning you had to queue to take a shower. The sink within the bedroom offered cold water only, so it wasn\'t a pleasure washing yourself there, either. Plus, despite the temperature of 20 degrees during the day, the nights were significantly colder and the blankets too thin. The rest was okay.
