We are reputable & experienced accommodation for independent travelers It is located just 50m from the city centre and 120m from the harbour. Most of our guests are Independent Travellers / backpackers on various budgets, taking themselves around Turkey. ALL Nationalities and ALL Ages stay with us. 'All Welcome' !

We are the only Guesthouse in Kusadasi and are open all year round. Free İnternet , Kitchen in the Room,Free Shuttel service to the Ancient City EPHESUS.

You can also enjoy the many cultural sites on our doorstep including Ephesus, Artemis Temple (one of the Seven Wonders of the World) and we offer easy access for day trips to Priene-Miletos-Didyma, the Greek Island Samos and other ancient sites all of which can be arranged by our friendly staff.

The entire staff speak fluent English, German and Japanese,Dutch,Corean many grew up overseas before returning to work in Turkey, making Sezgin's guesthouse a favourite place for all types of travellers to Turkey!

Sezgin's guesthouse has accommodation to suit all needs including 24 rooms with their own private telephone, hot water shower and toilets as well as access to the individual balconies. 15 rooms have with air-conditioning. Altogether there is a single room, a double room, triple room and 3 family rooms.

We'll make sure you don't go hungry during your stay at Sezgins's Guesthouse with a range of delicious house-cooked traditional Turkish food on offer for breakfast open buffet, lunch and dinner. Vegemite, Marmite and Milo are also available for those feeling a little homesick. Special dietary needs can also be catered for on request. We have a BBQ every day with live music and belly dancing.
