location was good, staff was some kind. There is no breakfast and free shuttle bus in winter. The information on website does not notice this.

True Turkish hospitality,This is the best Place to stay in while visiting Kusadasi or ephesus. The staff at the Sezgins are incredibly welcoming, responsible and loving. The rooms were very spacious and include a Lcd Tv , fridge. The internet connection worked really well especially in the rooms. You can easily walk into town or to The Hourbor. Breakfast and dinner are delicious and always served with enthusiasm and great care. One of the best Places That i stayed at my round trip in Turkey.

Sezgin, the friendly owner, is happy to pick you up from the bus station or dolmus stop if you give him a call; the hotel is in a quiet street, yet only a few minutes gentle stroll down to the port; the rates are very reasonable; most of the rooms look down onto the pool; Very friendly and very atmosphere. Good for organising tours to Ephesus and Pamukkale.Good quality rooms. Nice bathroom and shower which is rare in this part of the world!

Denzil was great - so friendly and trying his hardest to help with anything, should go into business by himself! Apart from that, couldn't get out fast enough! Dorm smelt so horrible

The good: Location is very convenient. Owner super helpful about picking up from bus station and arranging day trips. Free breakfast is nice. Decent bathroom in the private room. The bad: Bed has sheet that is too small to cover the moldy mattress underneath. Rooms are kind of shabby and need a good cleaning. Dingy common area. Owner charged us exchange rate that was 10% above actual rate, claiming it was the actual rate. Owner told us things about excursions that was untrue, not sure why.

The rooms are great and clean, and the hostel is close to the restaurants and bars. It is at the top of a steep hill though so a bit tough to get to with baggage- ring ahead and try to get a lift. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, though we booked to stay in a dorm and they didn't have the correct room available that we had booked and tried to charge us more to stay in a private room- this happened to numerous guests, so ask for a discount if they put you in a room you didn't book.

Sezgin's is like home from home. Staff are very friendly and try their utmost to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Can arrange trips, transportation for you. Breakfast is included and a good variety on offer. It was quiet during our stay and there were no evening meals or belly-dancing as advertised. This could have been due to the fact that it was Ramadan, so evenings were very quiet, which was not a problem. Central to the main hub of Kusadasi, however there is a steep hill to climb.

Located up the hill from the waterfront down a small side street. Area is relatively safe, but single women should be aware of their surroundings at night. The staff, Dennis and Sezgin, were super helpful and arranged a tour to Ephesus with Lily, who also has a great textile store in Selcuk with carpets at good prices.

Couldn't recommend it more. Had a great experience in all aspects. The staff are super helpful and friendly and go above and beyond to help. The dinner was amazing, possibly the best chef we've come across through out turkey so far. The rooms are spacious, clean and accommodating. The common area sprovide hours of entertainment and create the perfect atmosphere.. 10 out of 10!

I had a reasonable stay here. Very Basic facilities nothing more. For the price breakfast should be free. Tourist information regarding tours and activities in the area is needed.

The hostel has a good location and an excellent staff, but the cleanliness is poor. If they improve the cleanliness, I would recommend this hostel for everyone.

Visiting Turkey and Kusadasi for the first time I was very nervous of what to expect. Thank you Deniz and Sezgin for making our stay "home from home". What you see in the website and pictures are exactly as it was. Accomodation was really comfortable and the breakfasts were lovely including the Open buffet breakfast! Sezgins Guesthouse is central and in good walking distance to the main city center. Deniz is a mine of information and only willing to please his guests. Thank you soo much Deniz

Good hostel but my room was really hot and humid and I found Sezgin to be overly pushy in offering expensive guided tours. The place has a pool and nice feel, though.
