had amazing time here, it was clean and had everything we needed. So close to the main bars, it was great :)

great price & location, staff were very friendly, right next to khoa san road but still quiet enough to get some rest, recommended!

The staff overall was good, but one woman, who is not very friendly. Everyone else is incredible!!!!! Make sure you get an alarm because their wake up calls are a bit weak. Security could be better, but it's off of the main road so much that I highly doubt anything would happen anyways.

It's a perfect place to stay, it's just a few meters from Khao San Road and it's so quiet you don't belive the location. We'll come back again for sure.

Tons of mosquitoes. and the doors to your room dont shut 100%- there is a gap when you close the door from the outside (where the door folds). We were not thrilled with this place and would not stay there again. Best thing to do is find a room when you get to Khao San.

Although we had booked for two people, they had only booked us a single room. They were full and we therefore ended up staying elsewhere. We had also tried to change our dates a couple of days before we arrived by calling them but no-one understood English. We sent an e-mail but when we arrived, no-one had checked the e-mails. The lady at reception was very unhelpful and frankly quite rude.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Well located in the old quarter. We had a back room which was quiet.

The best location , just 1 minute from Kao San, but very quiet too. Clean common bathroom, very nice garden and good rooms even if a little bit small.Higly recommended.

Although it is on Khao San Road, but it is quiet and really relaxing. I loved the place, and definitely would recommend everyone to stay.
