Nice place to go with few friends, to party. Bad place to come with girfliend. Parter is a bar, so you hear music till 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning. You may be on this party, - good for you, but you also may wanna sleep this time - bad luck. There some problems with booking, or keys. Second night to my room came (opening it with his own key) a black guy with a glass of Guiness. It seems guy just come to his own room, and was very surprise found me asleep there. Apologise and go away...

It is remote, a bit noisy and very lovely little place to live in. U can find Aston rail station around, so, still conveniate.

The hostel is located above an Irish Pub and the welcome is warm and friendly. I had booked a Single Ensuite Room for two nights and first got a 3-bedroom Ensuite than had to change on the second night to a Single Room with a bathroom located across the floor and shared by 2 other rooms. The bathroom however was clean and the shower strong and hot. (always a plus in colder times). Breakfast is a Do-It-Yourself affair with white toast, butter, jam, cereal and milk provided.
