Great budget place to stay, with air cond but no hot water. Friendly reception guy. Good security, the main entrance is locked after 12 midnight, but the reception guy sleeps next to the door, so he will open it for you anytime. Good location, walking distance to two malls and several fastfood outlets. THE BEST thing I like about this hostel is the ancient looks of it, preserving old doorknobs, piping system, switches that gives you the 1950's feel of Ipoh.Great budget place to stay, with air cond but no hot water.
