*****CAUTION****** ROOMS DON'T HAVE WINDOWS I always try to give fair and if possible positive reviews - but honestly, I don't understand how this Hotel got such a high ranking and I didn't enjoy the stay at all. I was quite surprised when I found our room without any windows. The rooms feel really claustrophobic and when I asked the staff to change our room for one that has windows, it turned out that the entire Hotel don't have windows at all. sorry, but: don't go there... :(

As soon as you pull up to the curb the staff are incredibly helpful. They make you feel important and at home. The breakfast is incredible. The restaurant has good food. The rooms are the best. Super unique and the beds are like a white cloud of softness. We stayed 3 nights while recovering from an illness and it was the most amazing experience. Must stay here!!

I definitely will stay in this hotel when I get back to Bangkok, Thailand. Staff were helpful and the breakfast buffet included was great. Me and my partner had a wonderful time staying in this hotel.
