Place had a great sunroom, great staff, good location. Beds were pretty standard, and came with a heated blanket (or had a room heater for the colder months).

I came to Shangri-la around the end of February and it was still very very cold. Like snowy -7C cold. So I like that it has a nice common room with central heating so I was there most of the time there. Beds and toilets were standard.
