There is no heating system in the rooms, so it is freezing. Cleaning is not high level. Internet is not working. The staff didn't help us using the common PC in the common area. Breakfast is really poor. We had to change to a better place when we arrived there.

It is a nice place to stay in Shangri-La as the hostel is located in the Old Town. However, it felt more like a hotel than a hostel. They couldn't give us much travel information.

The hostel give me what I need in winter: Hot Water and electric blanket!!! warm every night :)
