This hostel was awesome. It had such a good vibe, Super clean, cool staff which were really helpful and an outdoor area for you to chat and meet people which is good for the solo travellers. Would recommend to others and i will definitely be going back!

This place, a well as being exceptionally clean and pleasant with helpful staff is in a perfect location very close to bus station and big supermarket and a short walk from all the sights of the city. Don't think of staying anywhere else. Recommended.

Great hostel with friendly staff and good location between the train/bus station and the city centre. Dorms are very nice with the bonus of a privacy curtain and reading light for each bed

I just stayed in this hostel during 1 night. The overall atmosphere and cleanliness was quite good. The thing that i wanna tell prospective visitors is that staff is excellent. Although I have been traveling many other countries and staying in many hostels, I was impressed by a staff whose name is PETER. The guy is really hard-worker, diligent and really nice. If I have a chance to go Macedonia, I will definitely revisit this hostel. The location is not far away from bus and train station.

The hostel was okay, but not spectacular. The location was very convenient for the main attractions and for the bus station. There aren't enough showers (only two for the entire hostel), and it's inconvenient that there aren't any bathrooms on the top floor.

Shanti is awesome. If you go to Skopje, they will make your stay the most enjoyable possible. You meet really cool people, you are always treated well and it is reasonably priced. Go to Shanti!!

I have been traveling from Sofia where the people was so rude, arriving in this hostel was like a real satifaction! Great staff, great location, great city!!! Atmosphere there is so peacefull that I was sad to quit that place. Also they propose a laundry facility which was more than welcome! So far the best beds I have seen in a hostel with curtains which is really great for privacy. They make everything possible to make you feeling at home. I recommend!

The hostel was nice and tidy, not far from the city centre and very close to the bus station. Had perhaps the best night sleep of my trip owing to the blinds that completely eliminate light from the room. Couple of good restaurant recommendations from the staff.

Very welcoming and knowledgeable staff, especially owner. Good breakfast and short 6 min walk to train/bus station and supermarket. The restaurant they recommend has great atmosphere and food. 8 euros for 3 courses and wine. I spent 4 days there after long flight from Australia and left refreshed.

This is one of the nicest hostels we have stayed in. It has such a nice atmosphere, we met lots of great people and the staff are really helpful and friendly. It is very clean and the showers always had hot water. I really liked the privacy curtains on each bunk bed. Free laundry if you stay 3 nights or more is great too! They have a clothes dryer also which would come in handy if the sun isn't shining.

The hsotel has a washer and dryer as well, very imortant since sunshine is unpredictable outside summer months.

Good position, just 3 min. walk from the bus/train station and 10 min walk from the centre. I stayed both in Shanti 1 and Shanti 2, that are very close from each other. In the two hostels staff is REALLY nice and friendly, and there is a good atmosphere. I just prefered to stay in Shanti 2 because the building is bigger and newer than Shanti 1.

We love staying small quirky youth hostels and this one certainly didnt disappoint! The basic facilities from the emaculate bathrooms to the comfy beds make it a great hostel, but little things like having good wifi and a book exchange which make it even better when your travelling away from home for a long time. The staff were really nice, and let us chill in the common room when we arrived really early. Breakfast is included and they even have a toasted sandwich maker!

Loved this hostel which is in a quiet area just ten minutes walk from the city. The staff were very friendly and so helpful. I need to be in Skopje again next year and I am definately staying here again.

Quiet area. Short walk to the centre of town with all the bars. Cool patio and common rooms. We met other travelers and went to some bars. Great stay.
