It was easy for me to find YH though it was far away from subway station. This house is very clear. Staff is good at English conversation.

We are very happy with our stay. Friendly staff members, very nice lounge and clean room. Just what we expect from a good YHA.

The place looks a bit soulless from the outside, but it's clean and comfortable and in a nice neighbourhood with a Metro station nearby. Could've done with bicycle rental as Shenzhen is a bit too big to explore on foot!

The hostel is clean with a nice common area where you'll never be alone. It is located in a quiet, pretty Park area with a supermarket, starbucks and some restaurants within walking distance. The Metro station is also close by.

This was hands down a lovely vicinity. So close to Mangrove Promenade and mainland China prices! It was really easy to cross through customs on the days I needed to and really nice to be in the tropics on vacation from work. When you get off the subway take Exit A and make a right. When you get to the Petrol station and the sign that says OCT turn right again up that "dadjie" and just keep walking straight thru the maze of art design buildings and the hostel is inside LOFT. Hence the name.

It's great that there's a hostel in Shenzhen. The downsides, for me, were that the dorm rooms are a really tight fit, even with 3 people, and the bins were not cleaned out often enough, so trash would really build up over the course of the day. Staff gave some incompletele/incorrect directions to a local museum, but otherwise OK.

The Hostel has no lift, they put me at level 5, imagine with big & many luggage. No.free mineral water in room, No toothbrush, only soap, No room telephone, so that every thing we need help from the hostel must down & up level 5 of building with no lift. Hostel location is about 2km from bus stop or metro station, unless you using taxi, but for taxi wise we have difficulty because taxi driver can't speak English.

The hostel itself was really nice. The roomes where clean and the offers good. Unfortunatly it was really hard to find by taxi. Before you will go there check twice if the adresse at hostelworld.com is right! The hostel is located next to a parc and even the people arround there have no clue where to find it! The stuff was not helpful at all to find the hostel...The hostel charge you for the lagguage storage, which is quiet unusual. Also needs it for everything refund...

We both felt that there was a hugh difference with staff members. Some were extremely friendly and helpful (especially Sammie) and yet others looked extremely miserable therefore making them, almost unapprocable. It was great that snacks were served throughout the day but the notices on the bedroom doors were unclear (stating breakfast was from 7.30-9.30am-in fact you can have it untill 9.30pm! No problem with consistant hot water but some issues with the drainage system.

I would recommend. Best location in my opinion in all of SZ. Open hanging out area is not bad, especially on nice days. Good things within 1-2 minutes away.

Staff were rather cold and unhelpful. We were just pointed in the direction of our room and every question we asked them was just answered with a grunt which made us just feel like a burden. The location wasn't too bad, about a 15 minute walk from the subway station. The hostel didn't seem to have any character whatsoever (just like the city); The communal area was like a morgue. No lift access in the building. Room was nice enough with comfy beds but lockers were in the hallway. Not the best.

Clean, helpful hostel. Easy transport links. Seems average price for Shenzhen but expensive compared to the rest of China.

The only problem was our room sit right next to the public bathroom and some travelers were totally inconsiderate by banging the doors like 10 times in midnight. Well it's not the fault of the hostel or staff, but I doubt if there's anything they can do like slipping some sponge alike stuff on the door frame to reduce the noise.
