I really enjoyed my stay at the hostel. It's located BRILLIANTLY and breakfast was nice. You might make a bigger sign outside your front door as I was walking by the first time... Only thing that was kind of annoying were the showers, they didn't really have full power and warmth. Keep up the good work!

Very nice hostel. Might require sligt renowal of rooms and facilities. Besides that really cool place to stay.

Great location, great staff, cool building, breakfast could be improved a little bit ( I mean more than a flavour for the jam would be great and a cheese a bit more like real cheese would be great too)

Great hostel! We stayed for just one night, but could have stayed longer. We had a warm welcome and the room was clean and comfy. Locks for your locker cost 2€, but you get the money back when you return your lock. I highky recomend! Location was also excellent!

Shiado is located so perfectly in Chiado, a stone throw away from the metro, train station, shopping, restaurants and sights. At the same time it is in a calm side street which is always nice after a busy day out. However the walls are thin so bring ear plugs if you get bothered by noise in the night!

Great location, very clean and tidy. Small hostel but lots of character. Had a private twin room which was a good size, had a nice large window and air-com available when we paid a deposit for a controller. Communal female bathroom was good size, clean and showers were good. All staff were very friendly and happy to help out. We needed to leave our bags there for several hours after we checked out and this was no problem, they were locked in a storage room until we retrieved them.

Excellent hostel - staff are super helpful and made us feel very welcome. Good position in relation to bars and restaurants, and also conveniently located to transport links. Great spot.
