Shin-Osaka was a great place to stay. The staff was friendly and spoke great English. The hostel was very clean and had excellent facilities: bath, shower, dining space, lounging space, cheap laundry machines, free wi-fi (and computers, but I didn't use them). They even had some special events going on to celebrate the New Year. It's clear that the staff cares about creating a friendly, welcoming, and entertaining environment for their visitors. Thanks for a great visit!

Great hostel, I have stayed there twice now. It's a little bit pricey, but with such a great location and extensive selection of utilities you're guaranteed to have a great stay. Friendly staff and comfortable beds, 10/10.
