For a capsule hotel it was an amazing experience and the hotel offered me more things than I though, such sauna, japanese bath, looby and many features. The bad thing is if you stay more than 1 day, you have to check out and check in again.

Staying at a capsule hotel was on my to-do-list and for me (a Swede) it was an unique experience. The experience is rated 100% but I can't really rate the hotel that high. Capsules were comfortable and spacious. Good restaurant/bar/lounge o4th floor. The tiny locker was a joke. Capsules were not lockable.Staff were not so helpful and there were all sorts of rules and procedures involving shoes, keys and you name it. Even if you stay several nights you can't access your capsule betwixt 10-16.

I loved this place when i eventually found it. anyone like myself not familiar with japanese addresses will have a hard time finding the entrance but it's only 5 minutes from shinjuku station east exit. mostly used by japanese men in suits so not much fun to be had but it does have a bath house and sauna, etc. and the novelty factor is well worth is. At this price as well it's great. they provide a towel and pyjamas. Very clean.

This place was a great place to stay for a night and was a good experience. There was a large onsen room/bath room and it was free to use which is great for the traveller or business man. There were a lot of business men there from the area.

Great place for a capsule experience and explore the Shinjuku area. Just behind the Golden Gai bars. The capsules were okay and the Onsen not very hot. The check in staff (guys) were very Japanese and polite but everything was ruined by the rude woman from the front desk. She was giving everyone a hard time as an military person. I could not even go to the restaurant or use the bathroom after I checked out. I would not stay there again or reccomend just because of her.

Just be prepared to a couple of harmless drunkards and common bath area.

Fantastic budget option (if you're male) right at the center of Shinjuku night district. The capsules are very convenient, there's great Roman-like bath and the staff is very helpful. Free luggage storage for guests. Good lounge at the 4th floor, toiletries for free.

If you have never stayed in a capsule hotel and you want to be close to everything and central to town, shinjuku is a great place to start( right near the main train station and the central bus station). Here you are two stops on the train from Shibuya, so is easy to have night out. As long as you are comfortable getting naked and bathing and showering with the rest of the guests this place is a one off japanese experience right in the heart of kabuchiko.

Very poor customer service. We booked the hotel for several nights in advance, but wanted to leave to another hotel after our first night. The staff had no idea how to handle this situation, and even after talking with them for over an hour about it, we weren't sure whether they were going to charge our credit cards for the remaining nights of the booking. This was not due to a communication error, either; the staff spoke very good English.

A great experience, a good place just to sleep. Most of the people that stay there are Japanese business men so don't expect to make any friends during your stay!
