The location was actually OK if we had received proper directions. The directions listed were bogus and no one in town seemed to know where this place is. We actually were guided to a capsule hotel that was shut down months ago. Interesting bathing scenario (group bathhouse) and mostly older Japanese businessmen. The staff was not very helpful and there are no maps on site. I would reccomend the Ace Inn in Shinjuku instead.

Great sauna. But it smelled of smoke in my capsule. There is also a sealed smoking room but it's meaningless because smoking is allowed near the elevator entrance in the caosule room.

Well located in Shinjuku and not far from the JR Yamanote line. No internet and facilities in the common area are limited compared to other capsule hotels I've stayed in. Good washroom, sauna and baths.

Interesting experience - decided I had to try capsule hotel after seeing them on tv years ago. Gave a good insiight into Japanese culture as most of guests are Japanese rather than western tourists. Staff's knowledge is limited.Capsules are obviously small but shower/sauna facilities were quite impressive. might be difficult to find - so take a printout of map when booking via this web site.

if you don't mind listening to folks pleasuring themselves throughout the night...and enduring the hot Tokyo heat (no AC) in what might as well be a coffin...it isn't that bad.....good location though.

I hate giving bad reviews, but the place was so confusing and their apparent disorganization/lack of an English-speaking staff did not help. First, they gave me an already occupied capsule(***5). Second, they made me keep the same key and locker (***5) but a capsule not corresponding to it (***0). When i returned from dinner/drinks they blamed me for having an improper key. Tokyo is confusing enough as it is; I do not need the help of my hotel to accomplish it.
