I stayed for 6 night and it was sooooo GREAT. it takes 5 minutes to the beach and 30 seconds to the swimming pool which was really great! The restaurant was really good but bit expensive if you compare with food from Tong sala. The staffs are sooooo friendly. I felt I was in kind of family. I stayed in Delux room which has air-con and 2 double beds and room was clean and big enough. All I needed was facilities for small cooking like micro-wave.

Great place to stay! The staff created a welcoming atmosphere--I felt like one of the family as soon as I arrived. Pool is nice and close to the beach. All the food was good, and rooms were simple, but reasonably clean. I loved all the hammocks! Would stay again and would recommend!

We had a really nice stay at the resort. Really good breakfast, a nice pool to cool down in the evening, good service and a lot of fun at night in the bar!

Gorgeous resort, pool and bar area just a minute walk from the beach ( not the best beach, quite stoney/rocky in places, but a lovely place for break/dinner) .The movie lounge&pool table was really cool too. The staff are very helpful,we were given really useful advice for onward SE Asia travel. The food here is gorgeous! The only downside is that wifi only worked at the bar area, not at rooms or pool. It sometimes felt quite clicky here and loud music stayed on until 4am at times.Overall great!

Whens the alot of people in the hostel it has a great atmosphere.. if yourr keen to be where the full moon party & pre-parties are happening it will be too far as it took us 45 mins to get to had rin in taxi.

Joy, the bartender was a lot of fun to be around, he is very welcoming. The huts where you stay were pretty good, although there is no internet there, you can go 2 minutes walk down the road. All in all an average place to be, and good location - far away from the rush of the Full Moon party location!

Great bungalows at a great price. Staff were friendly. Pool was clean and big. Tv room was a plus for relaxing during the day. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach.

The ultimate chill-out place, 5 min walk from one of the best beaches on the whole island, there are excellent snorkel opportunities right off the beach! The food at the resort's restaurant is amazing.

Came for 3 days, stayed for 7. Would have stayed longer if there'd been time.

We stayed 10 nights in a double room, the bathroom was big and the sitting deck was lovely with the hammock out front. We only had a fan in the room and it was very hot in the afternoon, I would advise to go for air con! The staff were lovely and very helpful espcialy Emma and Joy and the food was awsome hot mama pizza is the best!! it's a short walk to the quiet beach (2 mins), but there are a few bars with some great food also! Thanks for a great stay guys!!!!

Lovely property, fantastic swimming pool which was nice and deep. We had a fan bungalow at 600B, no need for AC. Only criticism is while the western staff are lovely, the Thais I found quite ambivalent. We arrived and were told "1 hour" for the room so had lunch (no problem) while I watched a lady clean a bungalow from the bar. 1hr later was told to wait another hour! I questioned this with the western staff & it turned out ours was the one that had been cleaned an hour ago. Not good.

Absolutely the best!!!!!Staff is amazing!!! I extended my stay just like everyone else around me. Shiralea became home away from home. More like family than resort!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at this place. The bungalows were tiny but coisy and perfect for à person, couple. The natje om was Nice and basic, had à real Nice time in it;). The place is hear à Nice beach, so if you want some relaxing time, I can recommend it.

Like everyone else i decided to extend my stay not only once but twice. Staying in total for nearly 3weeks. Its an amazing place with amazing people, and you can't help but feel at home with its relaxed way of living. If you are lucky enough to stay here you will have the pleasure of meeting Emma, Richie & Sebastian, The kindest and funniest people i have ever met. And not forgetting JOY! The best bartender in Thailand!! Who all together made my stay Phenomenal. Cant wait to go back!

we had an amazing stay at shiralea! the staff is beyond friendly and they make you feel welcome from the minute you arrive! our bungalow had a fan and a private bathroom and was neat and cosy. everybody has a hammock on their porch where you can relax and enjoy the nice view. it's a close walk to the beach which is nice also! the staff will help you at anytime when you have a question or need any help. keep up the good work!!

Small bungalows, but okay. Had the basics you need. 3 min. walk to the beach - though it's not the best in Phangan, it's okay. Good breakfast in the restaurant at okay prices.

We enjoyed the hammocks, fantastic restaurant with decent prices. Had some water issues, and some occasional sewage smells, the beach is sub par as some days the water gets dirty but overall a good beach! Recommend renting scooters from just below the resort. We had a great time and the employees were super nice and very helpful! This place was overall fantastic!

Great value for money and the location was really peaceful. The rooms are in cabins and the atmosphere is great.

What an amazing establishment! Incredibly well run by the nicest team of staff on a beautiful part of the island! We only booked for 3 nights but ended up staying for much longer! The place is having some additional work done and we are gutted we will be missing the final result (an excuse to come back perhaps?) All in all, a great stay, in a great place, with great people....higly recommended!! =) Thanks for making our holiday Shiralea!

we loved this place, booked in for 4 nights, we stayed an extra 7 more, great staff. swimming pool, near beach, great food and bar. would go back for sure.
