I had booked my stay at Shivam 3 months before arriving on Hostelworld and when I arrived I discovered that the hotel was all booked up. The found me a room at their "sister hotel" which was nice, however, it was not certain that this hotel would have accepted me. I was not at all impressed with this service and would not book again with Shivam. I ate at the restaurant and the food was ok, lots missing from the menu (even coffee!) and poor service. I would NOT recommend Shivam.
