Justifialy popular place to stay; we were expecting probems with damp (it is a cave room after all) especially as it was cool/ rainy but were pleasantly surpised: there was none. Pretty good breakfast, great staff. It appears that the shared bathrooms are cleaner than the private ones which are rather dingy. Hostel was great though - amazing view from the pool area. Great hostel, friendly staff and heaps of information about the area. Pool area was great fun and cave rooms very memorable. Could not recommend this place more! Fantastic cave room with ensuite was cool and comfortable, free wifi, great location and fantastic staff. I would return to Shoestring just for the breakfast, which was delicious, a welcome change from the other standard Turkish breakfasts we had over 2 weeks. Had about 10 dishes to choose from!!! Stay here!!!Could not recommend this place more! Fantastic cave room with ensuite was cool and comfortable, free wifi, great location and fantastic staff.
