Justifialy popular place to stay; we were expecting probems with damp (it is a cave room after all) especially as it was cool/ rainy but were pleasantly surpised: there was none. Pretty good breakfast, great staff. Only strange thing was the 9 o'clock checkout

It appears that the shared bathrooms are cleaner than the private ones which are rather dingy. Hostel was great though - amazing view from the pool area.

When we got there they told us our room that we booked was full so they moved us to another hostel.

Nice place. Cave room was very damp but that's a cave I guess. I'd go back. Good breakfast too.

Could not recommend this place more! Fantastic cave room with ensuite was cool and comfortable, free wifi, great location and fantastic staff. I would return to Shoestring just for the breakfast, which was delicious, a welcome change from the other standard Turkish breakfasts we had over 2 weeks. Had about 10 dishes to choose from!!! Stay here!!!

I reserved a room ?n advance of arr?v?ng and when I d?d arr?ve the room I reserved was unava?lable so they charged me 20 euros more for a d?fferent room. I guess they dont understand the po?nt of hav?ng a reservat?on but otherw?se ?t was n?ce.

Excellent breakfast! Staff seemed to kind of lose interest in us after we didn't want to buy any of their tours, though.
