The facilities were dirty and the refrigerator was so filthy that mice were living inside. Several of the rooms are located next to the bar which didn't quiet down until after midnight. Also our food was eaten for us during the night.

Nice and friendly staff. People are filtered at the entrance to avoid strangers coming in, and the insides are quite safe. The outside also, because police are often walking around to make sure tourists are free to go where they want. However, there are many local inhabitants that have nothing elso to do (to survive) than to try to beg or sell a tourist a wood carving of some kind of animal (elephant, wild pig, old money bills, etc.) You will find the wild pigs roaming around the streets in town

The only place to stay in vic falls, u wont find better for price and setup.

Best place to stay on the Zimbabwe side of the falls

The common areas were not clean. The pool water was green but not particularly malodorous. The young man who helped us was rather inattentive but did everything asked of him. The neighborhood was scary and we felt less than secure in broad daylight. We chose not to stay we felt so unsafe and "put off". The room was clean enough but there was some sort of spray used which gave me an asthma attack. All in all not an experience I would EVER recommend nor repeat.
