We booked this through Hostel World and according to their map it's right in the middle of Queestown. IT IS NOT IN QUEENSTOWN. It's a 15 minute bus ride out of town that costs $7 per person per trip. When we discovered this and finally made it there the staff were extremely unhelpful and unsympathetic and refused to let us cancel our booking. Neither Hostel World nor Shotover Lodge took any responsibility for the error and we were forced to stay there or lose our money.
