Whilst I understand that this complex is still in the process of being built, the parts that have been assembled have been done so haphazardly and shoddily. The rooms are spacious and well thought out however they don't appear to have been cleaned properly (or at all). They should wait until they are able to provide an adequate service before opening their doors.

This is a hotel not a hostel, which I knew when booking. Its got an awesome atmosphere, a really chilled environment. Khajurho is a really small village, so although this location isnt in the heart of it, its only a 10 minute walk away. No building construction going on anymore. Strong wifi. Hot showers. Good value for money

Clean and peaceful accommodation. Friendly and polite staff greeted me even when we met each other in the town. The accommodation was partly under construction but I didn't hear noises in the early morning and I didn't see dust floating in the air. There were a few times of blackouts in the whole area which wasn't their fault. The thing is you have to bring torch along if you plan to go back late because there were no street lights on the way. Overall, I like this place.

Building of the place is still in progress, but when finished I'm sure this place is going to be very nice. They let me use their yogamat every morning in the garden and were very friendly alltogether. Little minus comes about the wifi which didn't work very good (very slow) and this was a problem cause there's no internetcafes etc nearby, but you have to go to the center of the town for that. Also a nice little restaurant would be nice to have. In the end: very good value for money.

Although there was building work going on, they started at 12 and finished at 5 usually, so we never heard a squeak. You'd also think there would be dust EVERYWHERE, but there wasn't. I think this is going to be one of the best places in Khajuraho when its all finished. I'd suggest getting a tuk tuk to western temples if you are going there, as its quite a walk but it should only be 20/30 rupees.

Very clean and large rooms. This hostel is more of a hotel with individual bungalow type rooms. Very quiet with TV. Large washrooms with toliet paper and soap provided. Great decoration of rooms with a home feeling. Could stay for a week to relax.

I just had a problem with the hot shower, but the staff is really nice and they try to help you a lot. Just check the hot water, and you will be fine.

Great Location , Very modern and super clean rooms and cottages , good value for the money , walking distances to the village and Temples , good cheap breakfast . Staff was friendly but little annoying , was asking me for copies of passport and visa all the time and didnt have a scaner in the property to do it there . Make sure You do the waterfall trip with the moto ryksha , and avoid the trip to the Tree House , its far , food well overpriced and it is not even on the tree !
