The lady of the guesthouse is a caring person. We stayed in the dormatory which has a nice roofterrace where you can sit quietly in or out the sun (and hang your drying laundries) When we arrived room and bathroom were not very clean. Especially the blankets needed a wash
yogi is extremely accommodating. we arrived at 4:30am and he let us in our room immediately, served us decent food outside of kitchen hours and let us hang around the next day while we waited for our night train. he is a simply lovely guy, he even took us to the station. the rooms are basic and spic and span. the only downside is the smell of sewage in our room and the lack of other travelers.

In a quiet neighborhood, which provided a nice break from the noise of Indian drivers and their horns. Had a nice home cooked dinner and good conversation with the owners.
The staff at Sri Ram guest house helped to make my stay in Bikaner one of my favorite and most memorable. They were helpful from the very start. Yogi picked me up from the train station when i arrived late at night. I was welcomed with a cup of chai while I was checked in. Meals were served every day in a family style, with other guests around the table talking and dining. The kitchen staff were friendly and never failed to make a delicious meal for us. Advice and directions were always avail
I booked the dorm but they kindly upgraded me to a private room at no extra charge. The food is good, the chef has been there a long time. Relaxed place in general. I met some westerners doing a programme called workstay and some Indian business men choose to stay here because the food is good and it is quiet. The neighbourhood makes a pleasant change from all the beep-beep and manic street life elsewhere. Wifi pwd samarshekhawat
The room was spacious and pretty comfortable. It's pretty quiet at night. The food was a tad pricy, but it was tasty and fresh. The owner happily set up a driver to take us out to Deshnok and see the rat temple, and then to the camel research farm (the farm was very neat - but only go when the camels are coming in for the day). And most importantly to us, there was free wifi internet that worked in our room. Just ask for the password. Nice, comfortable stay!
Lovely people, great welcome, food was very good. Summa, brigadiers daughter in law made us feel really comfortable, sitting chatting with us over our evening meal as did the Brigadier and his son.His son met us more or less at the train door on arrival and when we left he escorted us on to the train found our carriage and made sure we were happy before he left us.Their hospitality was extended to the brigadier sorting out a homoeopathic remedy for my Delhi belly. They really did try to make our stay as good possible.Thank you
