Second time staying there, once again it was perfect.staff very helpful and polite. Very clean place, you meet lots of cool people, def value for money. Location good as it's not in the centre of all the hustle and bustle but a short cab ride away. The best hostel in Bangkok.

Stayed in a private room here, and it was stunning!! The room belonged in a 5* hotel, so it was great value for money. The staff are great, and make a lot of effort to help and have a conversation. The hostel has Laundry Facilities, but there is only one Washer and one Dryer, so sometimes have to wait a little for that. And the location is slightly out of the way, but super easy to get the metro/skytrain to anywhere you want.

Good and clean facilities: The room is spacious and very clean. Clean bed, towels and linens. There is a lift so no worry carrying heavy luggages. Easy shopping : The hostel is only several stations away from Chatuchak park.Traditional market and supermarket nearby. Drawbacks: When it's raining, the smell from the canal is quite strong, but if you are not eating in the common room, it is not a problem. Close to some bars which might be noisy because of the singing at night.

Quite a decent hostel. Very comfortable bed, and like many have mentioned, the curtain beside the bed provides extra privacy -- very thoughtful! Simple but fresh and nice breakfast provided. The hostel is far from most tourists' spots. It takes around 30 minutes to reach the town area with MRT. For fellow vegetarians -- there is a 24-hour supermarket near the hostel that has a salad bar. Good variety of fresh raw vegetables are provided. But they seem to replenish only in the morning. Go early!

Best hostel i've stayed in so far. Extremely clean, great facilities (huge toilets, nice showers). The beds are very big and the dorms are designed in a great way, for example there are plugs in the lockers and right next to each bed, and the lighting lights up only your part of the room, so you dont get disturbed by others. nice, friendly staff. breakfast included (coffee, tea, bananas, toast, jam...). Huge, modern kitchen that you can use, well-equipped. great spacious common room + terrace

Perfection... Staff facilities, everything.

The hostel was very clean and the staff we're very helpful as we stayed in a private room, was similar to a basic hotel room. The included breakfast was simple but tasty and they offer a Thai food delivery service, which is good as there are few restaurants in the area. However, the location wasn't ideal as it was a bit far from any tourist areas, several taxi drivers didn't even know the location and weren't able to help us, however taxis in the area we're never in short supply.

The dorms are spacious and comfy. The hostel is pretty far away from the city, but close to train line. Unfortunately during my stay the cleanliness of the hostel was very poor. The bathrooms were never cleaned for the whole time I was there (a day and a half) the sinks were grubby, no toilet paper in most of the toilets and every shower had many empty bottles of shampoo in the shower basin. Others mentioned this wasn't always the case in previous stays, maybe a staffing problem.

It's behind an open canal that smells really bad which made the hostel smell bad except the room itself. Room has a/c. Hostel is clean enough. One out of five stall had toilet paper. Bed is uncomfortable. It's good for a few days stay tho.

Great hostel, safe location, just know that it is a little bit out of the way from downtown bars and sightseeing.

Siamaze was one of the best hostels I stayed in Thailand so far. The beds are so comfortable, staff is super friendly and it's easy to meet other people. Breakfast is included and on a sunday they also had a homemade banana cake which was delicious. It's not near to the sights or kao san road but easy access to train. Would definetely stay there again :)

New, pretty clean, personal light and power socket. Comfy beds and duvet. Near a Family Mart.

Clean and well made, curtains on bed help with privacy. Lockers in room are big. Not much character to the place though. Would stay again when passing through bangkok.

I chose Siamaze Hostel because of the good reviews, and I can only agree! The stay at Siamaze was amazing! The staff is some of the most friendly people I have met in Thailand. Smiling and giving a great service and really helpful! Not only the receptionists but everybody! The hostel is a little outside of everything but close to the MRT which is very easy to get around with, just don't be afraid of using the local transportation. I will for sure stay here next time I get to Bangkok.
