I had such an amazing time at this hostel. It gives a feeling of being back home. The staff is awesome and layed back. The staff is more then willing to help you out and make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this Hostel to anybody going into the south of France.I had such an amazing time at this hostel. It gives a feeling of being back home. The staff is awesome and layed back. What a great place to stay!!
Friendly staff know the area well are happy to guide you on local adventures. an oasis in the country- the most relaxed ive been in ages.
A bit of a way out of town but well worth the trip.

A lovely little hostel located in a small village about 15 minutes south of Carcassonne. Great place and the lady who runs it is very welcoming and helpful. Location is not ideal unless you have a car. We had to get a taxi into Carcassonne in the evening which cost 25 euros each way (ouch!).A lovely little hostel located in a small village about 15 minutes south of Carcassonne. Sidsmums is such a different experience than most forms of budget accommodation in Europe. Staying there is almost like visiting a distant relative you\'ve never met before at their home. Jan and the staff there are so casual and welcoming that you can\'t help but relax and meet your fellow travelers. My girlfriend and I spent a great evening sitting outside sharing dinner and cheap wine with strangers from all over the world.
