I feel that this review is totally unfair, I had 3 showers available for this customer to use. At no point did he come to me or my son and say that no hot water was available, or showers were not working. He and his friend stayed for 1 night, in the morning I was around, I even boiled the kettle for them and filled their flasks, so they didn't have to use so much gas in their camping stoves, when making a drink. I offered to find cable ties, to help them solve a problem with a net they had, to secure gear on their motorbikes. The friend of the person who booked on Hostelworld wrote in my guest book "An oasis of tranquillity in a mad world". As for the comment "but no effort was made to accomodate our needs" if people do not tell you, you have a problem, you can't solve it. Had 31 Americans stay last week, I had not one complaint!
