Everything was more than we expected! We got a great room with our own bathroom even though we booked a cheaper one, the service was great, location excellent, and the breakfast included everything we wanted at a cafe nearby! At least the Duomo-building was new, stylish and very clean with everything included. I have never been at such a good hostel, it was more like a hotel. After reading all the reviews I was expecting something more romantic, an unusual room,with characterful furniture, views etc. I was initially disappointed with the modest, dark room,overlooking an alley,but..the room was modest but perfectly adequate, it was reasonably priced, very central and it had a little kitchen, so I was happy after I ditched my unrealistic expectations. The staff at the B&B Hospitality office were great. We knew it would be a gamble as to the acccomodation quality and we ended up in a pretty average hotel type accomodation where the staff didn\'t speak any english. The location was fantastic however.The staff at the B&B Hospitality office were great. Rooms at the top of a building with amazing views and very central location. Run by a sweet family, helpful and welcoming, who give you total independence in the rented flat once they've shown you around. Great value.
