Do you know why you should do. When I arrived they denied having a booking for me apparently they took over the hostel in July and said they told you to find alternative accommodation for me but you did not. I was very upset and Stressed as it was booked in april 13and have complained to you via your Facebook page but as expected apart from all for my booking reference which I have tippy no one had come back to me either top apologise or explain.
Little uncomfortable with the towel racks for the showers located across the alleyway, closer to the toilets (needed to be in the shower cubicle). Also unhappy that someone interrupted me during the 2nd day of my stay thinking that someone else was staying in there. That said the rooms were comfortable enough and it was actually surprisingly quiet by Sydney standards.
Worth appreciating that they don't cram the dorms with bunks so there is space for a few pieces of furniture and can move around easy. The doona, bed and linen are above average quality. The staff are friendly and helpful and the location is on a quiet street in CBD. No towel hire, lockers, lift. Didn't have problem with security. The light in bathroom goes off a bit soon if you like to take a long shower.
Nice hostel, but feels more like a hotel. Location is good, and internet works really well.
