The Silver Gold over booked on me as I arrived at 2 in the morning and so they bumped me onto Suvaranhumi Princess at no extra cost. The princess was excellent, clean, swimming pool and helpful. I think it may actually have been a step up from the silver gold. The free airport transfers very handy to get into town the next day on the train. It is almost worthwhile staying out in the sticks for the value for money, a similar room in Bangkok would be more than double.

My room was enter into at 3 am by 2 people who said they were staff and had left something in my room. I was on a ground floor room next to the main entry with no deadbolt . I was lucky nothing was taken.

Perfect hostel if you're in transit in Bangkok. They provide free pick up from the airport to the hostel. The next day; you can take their shuttle bus that leaves every hour from the hostel to the airport (also free). The room and bathroom is neat and clean. Free internet, but you have to pay for Wifi.

Close to airport, includes airport transfer to and from (even in the middle of the night). friendly staff & very clean. kind of in the middle of nowhere, but very convenient for proximity to airport.

This is probably as good as it gets if your layover is too long to wait out at the airport. The rooms are reasonable, clean, and a free pickup from the airport is a plus. The area it's located is no-frills. There were small inconveniences, however. My reservation was lost, my email for airport pickup was never received (in their defense, I did send it last minute), and my request for the return shuttle was misplaced (I managed to get a ride for both anyway). That said, I would stay again.

Ordinary airport hotel with scheduled transportation to/from the airport which was smooth and without problems. There is really not much around the hotel, which is good for one night stop if transfering, nothing more.

The only reason to stay here is if you are arriving at the airport late or leaving on an early flight because it is really far from the city life. The free transportation to/from the airport was really great and the staff were friendly enough. The hotel is clean and the rooms are a big. Don't expect too much interaction between the people staying at the hotel.

If you need a quick stopover after a flight in or before a flight out, it's a good option. The rooms have air conditioning and hot water, the front desk staff speak english and the ride to the airport is pretty quick. Not much fun to be had but that's probably not why you're staying there in the first place.

a good place to stay for the night if you arrive late (we got the free airport pickup at 2 am). sheets had oil stains and had to be replaced after our complaint. otherwise ok.

Perfect hotel for being close to the airport. It's really clean and feels like a proper hotel. Great shuttle service to/from airport. All went smoothly. It was a bonus that there were 2 markets in walking distance when we visited (one right outside the hotel) which makes it feel like it's in a real place. Just be aware to get any Thai Bhat before you come/in airport as we found all the ATMs charged.

If you want to be near to the airport it ist o.k. but it is quite difficult to get to the city. Especially because not even the taxi-drivers are capable of speaking english and it is not possible to get to the railway station by foot. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

i just stayed here for one night as i was catching a plane the next day, so i wasn't expecting a lot, just somewhere to sleep instead of the airport. i was very pleased with everything. the room was big and comfortable and i had until 12pm to check out. my flight wasn't until the evening and the staff where more than happy to let me leave my bags and also book me a free airport transfer. so all good - lovely staff, think i'll come back again as i have another long transfer bewteen flights.
