Reception is not actually there, is in city center, so if you arrive late or have some problems nobody is there and you need to call them. They will come very quickly, but still nobody is there all day. We didn't have the towels, as was instead specified. In our case we slept in 6 in a room where we suppose to be in 5 (guy slept on a materass on the floor). Kitchen was clean and good, toilette too. Is 20 minutes walking to city center.
