Probably the nicest hostel I've ever stayed in. The atrium area where the reception and seating are is beautiful, the staff were friendly and helpful, and our room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The dorm was very secure-- we needed our key card 3 different times to get in the room and there were large lockers available. I would definitely recommend this hostel.

The hostel is really nice and very helpful staff. We found special price bookings but the \"regular\" price is a bit to much for the regular Backpacker(i reckon). But verry nice Hostels with everything you want and verry clean aswel.

Good place, a little bit noisy, ten minutes with a walk from S U jannowitzbrücke.

Very big and professionally organized building. Inner courtyard is quite impressive, facilities are spotless clean, rooms are spacy and beds are provided with comfy beddings. Nothing to complain at all, only ... it is almost more a hotel but a hostel and therefore quite clearly lacks the traveller atmosphere. Excellent place for groups, not such a good place for travellers interested to connect with others as there is no real meeting area. Still - if you look for this - good, practical option.

Staff was SO nice and helpful, lots of computers to use, beautiful lounge area, not a party hostel but a fantastic place to stay not far from two different ubahn stations. Cell phone charging station was a genius idea and super helpful. Grocery store very close right at the ubahn/Sbahn station. Would definitely recommend this if you're not looking for a party hostel!

More like a hotel than a typical hostel, everything was kept very clean and tidy. This would be a great place for groups, as the rooms have their own toilets and bathrooms (not quite ensuite though), and there's a chill out area downstairs. Short walk to Schillingstrasse, which is one stop away from Alexanderplatz, making the location quite central, but the area is quiet at night. Overall a good hostel.

Extremely beautiful open lobby with a glass elevator, bar, multiple free computers, maps and cell phone chargers. Laundry service available. Great rooms, really clean, with a TV. Every room is somewhat hotel style, with keycards that lead to rooms along either side overlooking the lobby. It's roughly 5 minutes to a supermarket, and 10 to the metro line. Overall great experience.

This hostel absolutely exceeded my expectations for the price I paid. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the bathrooms were shared but SO nice... overall this was my best hostel experience yet!! I would absolutely recommend this hostel to anyone and everyone traveling to Berlin.

The facility was great. Nice reception area, computer/media room,I and dining area. Breakfast was very good, simple german breakfast with good options. Very clean facility. As indicated great for students, families, groups, professionals. Singer did have more of a hotel like atmosphere. It's a good walk from metro and some distance away from city center.

Really more like a budget hotel than a hostel, at least in regards to size. The bistro is mediocre, and it's not very social at all even in the evenings. That being said, it has huge lockers in the rooms and if you want a quiet place this would be a good spot.

The best hostel I've ever stayed. It's more like a hotel. Not far from the clubs and city centre. It made my trip in Berlin! And I also met some very nice people in the hostel room. The staff were helpful and even lent me an umbrella without charging or deposit. Next time I go to Berlin I will definitely stay there again.

We were very impressed with the quality of everything (security, staff, room, bed, ensuite bathroom) from the moment we entered this hostel. The city center/clubs/bars/sights were very easily accessible from the metro 5-10 min walk around the corner. The 24h reception and bar with well priced drinks and food was a bonus.

The reception desk was very helpful and the fact that some of the staff understood English was very helpful.
