I enjoyed my stay with you. I then moved to the Hilton for a week of work meetings and they don't provide free wifi! So thanks for that. Staff were mostly excellent but this was not consistent, especially amongst some cleaning staff. I often had to queue endlessly at reception desk (checking in, checking out, organising excursion) and that might be worth thinking about because I think it could be easily remedied. The reception staff were charming and helpful but stretched much of the time.
