Quite possibly the best hostel in Prague all around if you're looking for a great location in a normal residential Prague neighborhood but still only 15 mins tram away from city center. I went as a solo male traveller in my 20s and met a ton of interesting people from all over the world -- their outdoor patio and generally relaxed atmosphere makes it really easy to meet new people (which was my favorite part of staying here and my Prague trip). It's really clean, secure and homely.

Sir Toby's is one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in, hands down. It is clean, secure, friendly and really fun. The staff go out of their way to be helpful and friendly...way above and beyond what most hostel staff will do. The only 'down-side' is the location, and I actually liked it because it made me explore the city more. Definitely stay here!!!

You were absolutely the best!! So nice, helpful and smiling. The hostel has an amazing character and vibe, so homey and at the same time cozy with the back yard and the bar in the basement. I highly recommend this place, I will most definitely come back a next time. Also the special deals in Sir Toby's absolutely rock, like the travel pass, the bike deals and even the home made oat meal cookies. They were so delicious, thanks thanks thanks děkuji děkuji I love you guys!!

The breakfast is the best and the cheapest breakfast that I have had during my six week trip in Europe. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, the tours offered by the hostel were top quality, and the pub area created a great environment to meet guests at the hostel.

Great place very friendly.

Amazing! The staff are awesome, and the place is spotless. The breakfast is brilliant and if you're a solo traveler, the bar is the perfect place to meet people. i wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Prague. You have to catch a tram into town, but it's no big deal and with such a great bar, there's no need to go out at night anyway.

I thought Sir Toby's Hostel was excellent and I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone thinking of visiting Prague. The staff were very willing to help, the rooms were clean and secure and the hostel had great activities / character and a "home" atmosphere. Loved it!

Rooms were quite large and spacious. Both bathrooms and rooms were really clean. With the bar downstairs, there's always something going on like a Trivia or Movie night or even the free crepes on Thursdays, which gives you an opportunity to meet your fellow travellers. Would stay here again if I go back to Prague.

Very clean and bright room. Only complaint is the location. You have to take the tram for 2 stops first and trans to the metro. But its not a great problem that most of tourists will buy the 24 hours pass for transport (abt 110kc). Satisfied with the nice room and staff.

Clean & friendly. The rooms are actually big enough for the number of beds so aren't stuffy or smelly. Lots of places to keep your things (byo padlock).Nice kitchen/lounge/bar/terrace to hang out in and casual events to meet people, but the rooms are nice enough to hang in out too if you like some quiet time. Tourist free area with food & markets nearby + the public transport is awesome & staff give good directions & help. Sucks that breakfast costs extra but it's a good one. best hostel so far.

Sir Toby was an excellent hostel! Nice atmosphere and everything. The staff did more than their fullest too help me find a tailor for a broken pair of pants, and they broke the "staff" score of all the hostels I've been too.

Not the best location but there are trams for the city center just 2 minutes walk. Without location, everything its perfect here. Nice rooms and facilities. Very helpfull staff and great atmosphere.

Although the hostel is slightly out of the way, it is well worth the extra effort to get there! Clearly designed by someone who has stayed in many hostels it is comfortable, has wifi in the rooms, the best kitchen I have seen in a hostel, friendly staff, fun atmosphere and awesome all-you-can-eat breakfast for 5 euro with pancakes and omelets! It is rated as one of the Top 10 Hostels in all of Euope in a book about hostels that I have and I entirely agree!

I didn't much care for getting charged 4% to use my credit card to pay for the room. The majority of banks charge 3% so taking profit on something everyone else in the civilized world does for nothing isn't really a good policy.

I loved staying here!!! Everything was great and I had no problems. The rooms are great and I loved how every night everyone would hang out downstairs in the bar. Great staff and interesting people.
