had a huge private room and loved it. The down stairs bar, kitchen and lounge area is really cool. Spent time every night down there as the atmosphere was great. The staff are also really helpful and the added privacy of having to ask if you wanted your private room cleaned was really great and a cool idea. so many cleaners at hostels bust in early but not here. Would stay again for sure

Sir Toby's had a great atmosphere within the room and the pub downstairs. The location was ok, trams busses and the metro all easily accessible. The best part for me was the basement pub which is where I spent a lot of my time. It was very sociable!

One of the very best hostels I've ever stayed in! Loads of character and great staff! the breakfast is by far the best a hostel has ever offered me and the pub is perfect for a few beers. I really enjoyed my stay!

Not the best location but its easy to get around by tram. Staff were lovely and beer is cheap! The hostel is small and homely :)

No complaints at all, very good on all counts although this is coming from someone who booked a single room and ended up being upgraded to a double!

One of the best hostels I've ever been :-) I loved my stay there. Especially for the atmosphere, the antique interior and for having a bed just for my own ( I've slept in a 6 Bed Dorm and each person had its own bed --> no bunkbeds ! ) Thank you very much for the fabulous time I could spent there !

Firstly, the location is poor; you have to take a tram to get into the city centre (or anywhere for that matter). We went over new years so it was really full, which meant our three person group got split into different dorms. The dorms are quite clean, the bathroom could be better (but clean enough to deal with). The bar is a cool place to hang out but there are no real organised ways to meet other people. Breakfast seems like a good deal but for 5 euro it's overpriced so make your own.

the staffs are nice though I have the feeling that some of them are charging too much for any service they have instead of helping the people spend less especially around the city.

Excellent hostel to stay in comfort rooms with affordable prices! Staff is very nice, friendly and helpful! and not to forget the traditional feeling of being at home in the hostel + the common room is great for meeting new people and making good friends I recommend this hostel for anyone going to Prague and would definitely like to stay here again if I make another visit

The staff were really helpful and friendly. They put on a free dinner and drinks for us on Xmas Eve, which was lovely. We really enjoyed our time there.

I often stay at the less expensive hostels, but this hostel is literally the best I have ever encountered! My friends and I stayed over Christmas and they were caring enough to host an amazing Christmas feast of local foods. The desk people were always really helpful and the basement loung/bar was a great place to meet new people. All other hostels since have not been as good!

Sir Tobey''s is a nice hostel with a friendly staff. One of the girls working there is especially helpful and always has a smile on her face. The value for breakfast is also pretty excellent with good food at a decent price. Unfortunately the hostel is a bit far from the city center and when I was there the atmosphere was a bit boring. Either way definitely a nice place for a quiet getaway.
